The girth of my forearm is 35cm, and bottom of the bicep is 44cm and so based on other reviews, I originally purchased a size XL. Unfortunately after only a couple of weeks of using them I found they were too tight. I purchased another set of XXL and they fit superbly; snug but still with a little room to grow. These supports are exceptionally tough and durable and appear very well made. They certainly provide excellent support to the elbow joint, and I would definitely recommend them. My only criticism would be that the seller should provide an accurate size chart so customers can purchase the correct size instead of trial and error. Other than that they are superb and arrived well within the postal date. Great product.

Purchased Small and Medium sizes:- Small Sleeve:Lower: 26 cmMid: 26.6 cmUpper: 28 cm- Medium Sleeve:Lower: 27 cmMid: 28 cmUpper: 30 cm*Dimensions are of inside sleeve circumference, Mid sleeve will be at elbow.Small sleeve fit better than Medium with elbow circumference of 26 cm. It is always better to go for the tighter fit to make use of the compression. The Medium sleeve initially purchased, created a large gap between the lower sleeve and forearm...this isn't desirable for lifting. As for the Small sized sleeve, it was really tight for the first few uses but wears in and expands making it comfortable. Does leave the sleeve stitching pattern behind when sleeve is removed and uncomfortable at first, however after using for a while, the sleeve expands and becomes less stiff.For the functionality...Keeps elbows warm and in compression supporting elbow joints. Works really well in Benching and Shoulder Pressing. Keeps your elbows more stable for the heavy lifts and no joint pain afterwards. Great to use while doing Skull-crushers.Overall, great product and cheaper compared to other lifting sleeves. Excellent for heavy lifting and also for higher repetitions.

I might repost a better review but i measured my elbows and was a medium. Probably should measure you forearms as i could not get the sleeves up to my elbows. I need at least a large. So sizes are very small. They are 7mm most of the other makes are only 5mm. they feel like good quality but until i get a pair that fit i wont comment too much.Follow on review. I sold the too small Medium ones on to a friend and then repurchased these in Large. They are still tight to get on but once on feel pretty good. The stitching is very good and this (as with SBD) makes them less flexible but firmer. Since using I get a lot less elbow pain which means i can train better. Solid product but what ever size you think go one up. Large are still hard work getting past my forearms and i swear I am not popeye

Sleeves do exactly what I require of them. If you suffer from elbow joint pain when training, like I do - this is for you. After an old injury returned recently, which started effecting my form, I decided to invest in the Urban Lifters sleeves. I now feel more comfortable and confident performing bench presses and tricep exercises while wearing the sleeves. The material does warm up your joints and holds everything together without restricting the movement. The sleeves look well made and will hopefully stand up to the punishment of heavy usage. A recommended purchase for anyone with elbow problems when training.

Nice item and very supportive for heavy weight lifting, it would have been a 5 star rating but for one of the support’s splitting after just one use.

Felt great and kept the elbows warm but started to fall apart very quickly. By second time i wore them the internal material began to rip on one. Then soon after the outer material began to come away at stitching in areas. Both are now showing several signs of defects and one is now loose due to the material coming away at the stitching and lets air in. Its a shame as they kept my elbows warm and pain free during training but i would have expected them to last longer than 2 months.
