Yummy way to get an essential mineral

Tasty way to get your daily allowance of zinc! Don't take these on an empty stomach! I also read not to take magnesium and zinc at the same time or the magnesium will not be absorbed correctly. I like that these don't contain any artificial sugars. If you're diabetic beware that they do have sugar and glucose in them.

Great tasting zinc supplement

These zinc gummies taste great. The texture is good. They're not hard to chew at all. I've been taking them daily with vitamin D for immune health for a few years now and as far as I can tell they work great. The price is good and the quality is consistent.

Pros and Cons

Purchased these as they were recommended by my injector to help prolong Botox's effectiveness. Not sure if I believe that because I saw no difference but it can't hurt. Pros: 1. Tastes amazing and nice texture 2. Vegan 3. Affordable Cons: 1. Causes stomach pains even when eating food. Will continue to take.
