i use it topically on my face and though it stains my face a little darker (the oil is orange in colour) its fine because I'm usually home. i feel my skin is a lot softer and suppler since starting.

Firstly, please may I say I've tried several products from Dr. A. Vogel & they really work! They do exactly what they promise to do (with the exception of their sleep remedy which contains valerian which their excellent customer service line told me 25% are allergic/intolerant to).This is a cold pressed wheat germ oil with gelatine & glycerol. I'm highly surprised at such a prestigious brand to add gelatine at this day & age (1 star lost)! With many people becoming vegan & vegetarian, they've lost some customers on this. Regardless of vegetarianism, I like supplements with pure ingredients.I'm thus only using these as an excellent face serum as wheatgerm oil has powerful antioxidant properties & protects the skin from free radicals (smoke, pollution etc). Being cold pressed, they're very high quality & strength. Arrived as described and well packaged

Unfortunately, it was a lower strength than I wanted. It was 440 mg, and I wanted 1130mg. There was nothing to indicate what strength it was on the site I visited.Also it arrived with the packaging undone, and damaged. Whether it left Amazon like that, or Royal Mail mishandled it, I don't know. To be fair, this has never happened before. Fortunately, the product itself was undamaged. I prefer the Best Naturals wheatgerm oil, but, apparently, it is unavailable at the moment. I don't know why.

I love this product and take it to get the spermidine from the wheat germ oil. I like to use the oil as it is full spectrum. I'm really happy that they continue to use gelatin as it's super natural and has other benefits for the body including hair and joint health. I much prefer it to the vegan alternatives and would definitely stop using the product if they stopped using gelatin. Some of the alternatives like agar agar etc are not good for your digestion and can be quite allergenic. This product is super easy to use and contains a lovely amount of vitamin e. I would totally recommend it!

I like to snip open these small capsules and add the wheatgerm into my palm with a drop of almond oil and massage into my face. It's a great overnight treatment for skin no matter what age group you're in.To use as intended they're very easy to swallow due to their shape and size, they're about the size of a marrowfat pea. Wheatgerm is high in vitamin E and an antioxidant. It's apparently helpful for cholesterol control plus other benefits to the brain, heart and more.A great supplement with dual use.

Wheat Germ Oil appears to have benefits linked to hair growth, stronger roots, containing Vitamins B6, E and Folic Acid. Here it is in handy capsule form with each capsule 440 mg containing 7.5 mg of Vitamin E. They suggest you take 2 capsules, twice a day = 4 a day which is 250% of NRV.There are capsules around with double the amount of Wheat Germ per capsule which means you need to take less. They also come as 120 but seeing as you only need 2 a day, this gives you 2 months supply on the alternative. Here you get just 1 months supply for only a few pounds cheaper.I take multi vitamins everyday so not about to overdose on Vitamin E, so I only took 1 a day. They are small, easy to swallow with no taste. It’s too early to say how effective these pills are, but at least I don’t have any side effects. I like A Vogel products but the jury is out on these.Long expiry date of April 2023.
