I was looking for three things in purchasing my first e-bike, UK seller, integrated battery, disk brakes. I was honestly expecting some issues given I'd never owned an e-bike before, but the truth is I haven't had one issue. The bike came with the gears dialed in out of the box, didn't have to adjust anything which is good because I'm not a mechanic. Putting the handlebars, front wheel and seat on is pretty basic stuff even for a novice. What surprised me about this bike is it's quality for the price. I spent alot of time researching e-bikes before making my purchase and this bike just has everything I wanted, even the colour. So if you're thinking about buying an e-bike for the first time then I highly recommend this one. You just won't get this quality for under a grand. By the way, I did have an issue which I caused so was my fault, Shaun got back to me within an hour and it was after 7pm at night I might add, the issue was resolved within 30 seconds of his advice. So if you're looking for a quality e-bike for the price, I doubt you will find one better, if you do let me know but good luck with that.

Wow what a fantastic bike,I ordered my partner one of these about 5 weeks ago to use for work, it arrived very well packed and is straight forward to put together,they both arrived via parcel force which you can track on their app, infact is was so good that I ordered myself one a few days later. Today was the first time we really went out on them due to work commitments and the wet weather, and they are just awesome ,they look very smart in grey and excellent value for money can't wait till the warmer weather gets here.I would definitely recommend these bikes and what a excellent company power ride is, plus they are based in the UK and as it says on their website if you have any problems or questions they are only a phone call or email away.Go on treat yourself and get one now 👍

OK, so let me be very clear on this. Up till now, I've done nothing than take the bike out of the box. Unfortunately, there was an issue. One phone call and the retailer had resolved it within 5 mins. I'll put it on the Road tomorrow and bang around Seville on it for a couple of weeks before coming back for part 2 of 3 of this review. The most important thing in this unpacking review is the fact that the retailer was all over the issue like a rash. I look forward to telling you how good the bike itself is in January. If you are unfortunate enough to have an issue, as in my case, no river is too wide. They went above and beyond the issue to deal with the problem straight away. The bike itself is quick and solid. There's a little bit of assembly, but it really is a single spanner and allum key and 30 mins of your life. Battery life is good and all in all, its a smooth ride. You could do a lot worse than this bike at this price point...

Very dangerous- I had to adjust the breaks on daily basis and even when adjusted it takes me 15-20 metres to stop. The brakes kept collapsing so I went to fix them. The repair shop told me that these breaks will never work properly on an e-bike and I need hydraulic ones to be safe. So I changed them. The Customer service doesn’t want to hear about paying for the brakes change (mandatory change) They don’t even want to meet me in the middle. It costs £200 to fix it. So bear this in mind before purchasing it. Other than the breaks the bike is good but the 1 star is for them to ring a bell and improve their customer service.

The bike is pretty good for the price, pretty fast and has a good amount of features for a budget electric bike. i did have a small issue but the seller was amazing in resolving my issue very quickly.

It is my first e-bike after many years riding road bikes. Age means I can't keep up in groups and hills have become too challenging. I now have another lease of life on the road at 80.Choosing a suitable bike proved difficult but I settled on the Power Ride Pro largely because of the reviews. Having Shaun available for advice and detailed assistance has been like having your local bike shop. Nothing is too much trouble for Shaun it seems.Assembly of the bike was very straightforward.

The best and most carrying seller I have ever came across. Will go 20 miles extra to help and make sure everything is as it should. Both - before and after selling you the bike. On top of that the bike itself is incredible for the price. Would highly recommend to anyone.

After searching a while to buy an electric bike, I have decided on Power ride Pro. Firstly the seller is in Nottingham UK, secondly good reviews they have and third reason is the bike looks amazing. And when I got it I thought that my decision was correct. Thank you guys,this bike looks amazing and rides absolutely great, smooth and so easy to control. I'm so happy and I strongly recommend it.
