I wrote a lengthy and detailed résumé of my experience with this product just for Amazon to dismiss it on grounds of Breaching Community Guidelines??! I wrote about Asthma, Product Effectiveness, Value for Money, Product Quality, and More. All upbeat and valuable information. I have no idea why my Review wasn't published. Anyhoo, I'm now awaiting the 6% Hypertonic from the same company.

Great product use twice a day

Good product and enough saline solution to make a difference when using the nebuliser.I am asthmatic snd have used a nebuliser with these salines .Each sachet lasting about 7-8 mins ..

The media could not be loaded. This is the light concentration one that it’s good specially for the kids.To get the most for everyone I’m using 3 parts of solution with 10 parts of water for the humidifier.That’s 1h-1 1/5h of continuous steam to cover 3 rooms.There is a great healt benefit using this in the winter when air indoors it’s quite dry.Inhaling this will prevent lots of respiratory infections.The product it’s made in France,and this country has quite strict regulations regarding the medicines manufacturing as they’re the world’s leading în pharmaceutics.So,use this with confidence but don’t exaggerate!

Hi, good things, easy to use ,we used it in our nebuliser and we can breath a lot better, our family have all had stuffy noses and slight chest infections, so we’ve been trying the usual medicines with no avail so I tried a nasal rinse with saline and it improved my sinus problems, so trying this has sorted out my chest, it could be all in our heads but all of us have been using it and we all feel a lot better for now so no more moaning 😀

These have a shelf life to January 2024, but as this was a Vine item for review purposes, offered in December, I don't know if these are nearer expiry than would be the case if purchased. So, I would suggest either there is a 1 year shelf life, or, possibly if purchased, a longer one. I had bought another brand before which had a 3 year shelf life from purchase dateOf course, as long as these are SEALED, sterile salt solution is hardly something which will become unsterile, or spoil, so shelf life is possibly not so meaningful for this kind of productMy only cavil - and I don't suppose there is any way round this, is that these thick plastic ampoules are no doubt going to add to landfill. There is nothing to suggest this kind of vial plastic can recycleThese are HYPERTONIC, 3% as compared to what I have bought previously - isotonic, where the concentration equals that in the body's mucous membrances. Isotonic is what might be routinely used.There seem to be some conflicting trials on this, some indicating that, in infants, with bronchial conditions who were hospitalised, hypertonic reduced hospital stay, other trials showed no appreciable use.However, irritation of the mucous membranes can be more likely than with isotonic solution. Hypertonic would be more likely to be suggested for specific use by a clinician.So.....I would suggest that IF a user does find some slight irritation using this, it would not indicate that there was something wrong with this product, but that the individual would get on better with the milder isotonic
