If I wouldn’t have waited 5 months to get these opened and hung up, I’d definitely be complaining and returning. The hangers on the back weren’t even to begin with, making it an absolute night to measure out two nails properly to hang straight …. Then the hangers literally detached and fell off and thankfully we caught the frame on the way down… as that would have resulted in the glass breaking for sure. Absolutely brutal quality and so disappointed considering they weren’t cheap.

The pieces of metal on the back that secure it to the wall keep falling off and I’ve had to glue them all to secure them. There’s nothing inside to mount the picture flush to the glass so they just float around in there. They want you to tape it to the border to make the picture flush to the glass but the border is made of paper and rips when you take the tape off. It’s a good idea but these are made poorly. Big regret buying these!

They look lovely and they are easy to use for artwork storage but as I went to hang it on the hooks, the brackets on the back of the frames popped off. If I hadn’t been holding it to hang it, the entire thing would’ve fallen to the floor and smashed. I’m now attaching my own hanging hooks to replace these faulty ones as all of them easily popped off and there is no way to reattach them.

The media could not be loaded.  Wall hook/hanger detached during installation. There is about a 2 mm / 1/16” indentation into the mdf material. Metal hanger fell off while hanging.Noce idea, but this is a dangerous cheap way of attaching the wall hanger. Considering this unit has some weight to it, and is meant to hold 50 pieces of paper on the wall and be opened and closed repeatedly, I can’t imagine any of these not falling down on whatever is below them. Considering there is glass in the door, and I was hanging it over my desk where my computer and screen sits, this is just an accident waiting to happen.

I was so excited about this! Look great however when I went to go and hang it on the wall one of the backings popped off the back - they were secured with glue? So I don’t think that these will be long lasting.
