Sony SRS-XG300 X-Series Wireless Portable-Bluetooth Party-Speaker - Light Gray (Renewed)

I picked up the Sony SRS-XG300 (Renewed) not quite sure what to expect, but it definitely exceeded expectations.Pros:Great Sound – Full, rich audio with decent bass and more volume than I anticipated. This thing gets loud without sounding distorted.Renewed Quality – I’ve had mixed results with renewed products in the past, but this one felt practically brand new. Everything worked out of the box and continues to perform well.AUX Port is a Nice Touch – I appreciated the 3.5mm aux input—great for plugging into older devices (yes, I still have an iPod) or using it with a computer without Bluetooth.Decent Battery Life – It’s not the longest-lasting speaker out there, but it holds up fine for day-to-day use and recharges without hassle.Cons:Bigger and Heavier Than Expected – Not a dealbreaker, but this is definitely more of a “portable home speaker” than something you’d casually throw in a backpack. Plan for that bulk.Overall, if you’re eyeing this model and considering the renewed version, I’d say go for it. It’s a solid speaker with serious volume, good sound, and surprisingly good condition for something not sold as new.

The speaker has great sound and the charge last for a long time.

JUST IN TIME! There we were, kicking off the back leg of the tour when our equipment truck was attacked by a colony of Snowshoe Hares. With all of the amps and speakers damaged, we turned to Amazon to see what could be shipped out quickly. We grabbed one of these speakers and connected it to the mixing board through its direct line in - pretty handy feature. We were blown away, as were the 20,000 fans in attendance at the concert. Great sound and clarity. When it started to rain we switched over to the bluetooth connection and marveled at its waterproof IP67 rating while pumping music away into the morning with its generous battery! Don't even get us started about the lights on the speaker - we now leave our stage lights in the truck and just change the lighting in the speaker to match our mood - CRAZY! Imagine all of this, and being able to easily pick up the speaker by its built in handle (best feature yet!) and carry it off the stage at the end of the show - we have so much more time now to get to the next gig. Thinking about grabbing another one for when we do arena shows and pairing them together for true stereo and twice the output. Solid speaker!

Sound quality is better in this unit than four competing products I tried. Bluetooth pairing is also quicker than some of my other devices. It has a nice weight that keeps it in place with cushioned feet that don’t vibrate off a shelf at high volume. Much better choice for me than units I tried at twice the price.

Got a refurbished one and the speaker is great but it came with a totally damaged charger. Looks like it got ran over by a truck. The usb-c end wiggles and won’t fit securely into the port. The wall plug has a prong bent at a 90 degree angle. Had to buy a new one.

It's design is very nice sound overall weak. Battery lasts a long time
