Product works perfectly but for only about 4 months, it doesn’t have any factory warranty not even a number you can call to see if it does, only an email but I already write one a week ago and nobody has responded.

Used a few times now, puts out a decent amount of steam. Iron heats up quickly. Ironed a coat, a few shirts and jacket. Still has plenty of water left.Very satisfied so far

I have been using it almost every day. Works great.

Iron worked for awhile, within 5 months starting to over heat not will not heat at all called the manufacture and they say since I got it through Amazon they can't do anything don't call again! Amazon said they would get back with me.
