I wear an 8.5 size bauer vapor skate. Should i be purchasing the d or e insole?

I am in a 7.5 GRAF Ultra skate. The E will be fine. I had to shorten it by cutting some material off the front to get it to the same shape and size as my original insole. There are good instructions in the packaged box on how to cut them accurately. You will definitely need the E. They are amazing and you will never be able to go back to any other insole after skating in them. May feel a little strange for the first 5 mins on the ice until you forget they are in your skate and realise how comfortable they are and how much support you get from them. Good luck. A wise investment for 54 dollars.

My son wears a size youth 1 skate. What size super feet does he need?

They don't make these in a size smaller than 12-13 youth. At a size 1 it would be a waste of money anyway.

What's the difference between these and the regular yellow? Which do I want for goalie skates?

These are with carbon which in theory gives you more flex and spring. I have found these much better than the regular yellow but this is in a normal hockey skate. I assume it is the same for a goalie who needs to spring to action at any given moment.
