I purchased this product 5 months ago to the day. 2 days ago the timer stopped working.Now I have to unplug and replug for the lights to come on. Today the lights don't come on at all.I can not find email address for seller/ All though there is a 1 year warranty,I cant find any information how to contact them. I DO NOT recommend this product.When the lights worked the lights were very bright, and my plants seemed to like the light.UPDATE to previous post. Wtintell replaced this product with no questions ask. As I stated in my 1 st post the grow light itself is very good. Customer service is GREAT.

This was the first time getting a grow light to start my seeds in February. It worked very well and I set the timer for it to come on and off by itself and it worked great. The seeds germinated quickly and grew quite well.

At first the light seemed to work well. The stand was a bit weak and was difficult to keep at the right height. Also feet or legs wouldn't hold stand well so had to spread completely out making space a problem. I was willing to work with this, however, after 6 months it has developed some kind of short. None of the buttons work as they should, I can't adjust the lights or set the timer. When the lights do decide to come on it flashes like a strobe light. Eventually I can get one strand to stay on for some time then it will turn itself off. I have to unplug the unit and start all over. Very frustrating. A different clamp light I purchased worked very well and is still functioning as expected.Update: Customer service reached out and was able to assist with this light. I've tried another and it seems to be working well. The stand seems a little more firm and no flickering. Thanks

Worked for a number of weeks and then began to have trouble turning on and switching light modes, started to become warm to the touch, remote began to fail, integrated buttons began to malfunction (pressing brighter would turn the unit off, etc). Eventually stopped working - at least I was able to ewaste it and not have to throw it directly in the rubbish.Edit: merchant reached out and provided a refund, upped review to 3 stars to reflect the appreciated customer service (was not expecting outreach or a refund so this was a pleasant interaction)

My original one I bought stopped working during the return period so I was able to order a replacement, so this one is my second one that I have purchased and has now also stopped turning on after 4 months. Not worth it for them to keep breaking. They work really well and give good coverage when they do work though
