Exactly what I wanted. I was worried about the the bracket fitting through my wheel, but it did.

Will fit stock wheels but tight on some aftermarket wheels.
Few thing to take in mind here.-When you get a flat you will have to remove this and disassemble it completely . There is no quick connect so have a tool handy -There is no light on your license plate now. Some states require a light so you will need to relocate it. -This will not fit all wheels. This is where I have an issue with this mount. It is so thick that is barely gets through MY XD 18" wheels. It is not adjustable except for in and out of your wheel. It will fit the wheel style in the picture. Also the hardware is silver but the mount is black.The metal is sturdy and will not bend easy so that is good but this mount is very limited. Choose wisely
