The Maxjoy Danish Dough Whisk works better than anyone could imagine!I've been making bread since I was 20 (yup that's alot of decades, but have never used a stand mixer-dough hook, so I'm guessing about their work from videos.) Always used a wooden spoon or spatula until I got this mixer. IMHO this is the most efficient and effective hand powered bleder-stretcher EVER! Made Japanese Milk Bread with it yesterday; it's a very gooey dough.The Maxjoy Danish Dough Whisk worked fantastically! It's easy to clean up, too. I love it!

Very well made. I got rid of ALL my other whisks. When I originally saw this, I did not think I would like it. I kept my other whisks for a whole year, just in case I needed them. This one works as good or better than they ever did and it is much easier to clean and put away. It has a wooden handle so it needs to be hand washed. I don't have a dishwasher, so that doesn't change anything for me. I would buy it again.

Saw this on cooking show. I have arthritis in my shoulders and hands which makes mixing difficult. This is great for mixing large/thicker batters and cleans easily

This Danish whisk is so great to work with. I use it in place of my electric mixer for various recipes. It's strong, easy to use and cleans up nicely with soap and water.
