It is a useful product and we are taking during travelling. It boils water swiftly and helps us to make tea which is our weakness. Me and my wife really likes its utility but one should remain alert while pouring hot water from it as it outer also get hot rest easy to carry, lightweight and a good product at this price band.

This product is worst, first when I ordered they gave defective product after exchange they gave defective wire.

Have used this for a month during travel to multiple locations. The flexible feature is helpful while tucking into a small space in my back pack. Heating water works well enough for coffee, tea, cup noodles, ready-to-eat packets, etc. Auto-stop feature works very well. Red indicator when switched on.Very satisfied with the kettle - which is good value for money.Just a day before my travel date I ordered (with a little doubt) - but item delivered on time and has constantly served well since then.
