Don’t know why above have bad stars as these herbs are for us to research first and gage amounts neededI am taking this with sasparilla root side effect is my ashma is much betterI buy off this company on eBay too as they’re nice fresh tasting and strrong some others are dried out and inferior

No instructions on the packet when it arrived, so I followed the instructions on the listing, it tastes vile, I could only manage half the cup but I threw up and now have stomach pains! I can not get the taste from my mouth.Listing's saying you can return, but once it arrives, you soon find out they won't except returns .
