That my memory is better.
As of right now I do not know how well it is working. Have not been taking it long enough to know. I am prating that I will soon see some improvement. Have not had any side effects that are negative. I may feel some better if anything.

It is supposed to help prevent memory loss. I have been taking it for over nine years, and I am 79 years old, and I can still remember to take it each morning when I get up, so I think it is working.

May take time to truly see or notice any improvement. I have been taking for 4 months and haven't seen any noticeable change. BUT, I haven't seen my memory issues worsening either. So, some improvement. I will see what time and use will bring. I may be expecting too much from the product, as I am 80 years old and some memory problems can be expected.
