I did not think this thing would be as good as it is. I believe many of the bad reviews come from low-confidence installation. I’ve only had it for the day but installed it as soon as I got it. I really just wanted Apple CarPlay.I GET IT - the instructions. But honestly, in the photos of the products they have a video of a guy doing the entire set up. That’s all I used. Wireless CarPlay is 🤌. Reverse camera works great too. I got quoted just under $1,000 for one of these at a local shop. I spent 1/10th here and I finally have CarPlay. No more air vent phone holders for gps.It comes with a lot more features but really I only care about CarPlay. Let’s see how long it lasts. For $100 anything over a year is a daily win.

I bought this to replace the original radio on a 2013 Kia Sportage with premium sound. I must say that the radio is pretty good and that the Steering Wheel Controls worked without a problem. However, installing the radio has been a nightmare because the poor quality of support and communication from this vendor. I have tried for almost a week to get the correct information to install the radio. I explained in detail the issues I was having with the install. I included pictures with my communications trying to make it easier. However, the responses to my questions were absolute non-sense. I spent too many hours trying to find the information that I needed since the vendor was not able to provide.I hope this helps someone. If you have the factory radio with an amplifier, the harness provided will not work.The 4-pin connector that is connected to the harness, does NOT go on the USB connector of the radio. Actually, the blue cable (4-pin connector) goes to the brown (reverse signal) and the green and yellow cables can connect to the camera harness. That way you don't have to run the camera cable all the way to the back of the car. Of course, this information is nowhere to be found.Again, if you have the premium radio with amp, the harness pins are not correct, but also you cannot use this radio with the amp. It does not have a SPDIF out to connect to the amp. You will have to buy the Metra 70-7305 Amplifier Bypass Wiring Harness and connect that way your speakers to this radio. The only reason why I didn't returned this radio is because I was planning on bypassing the amp and after countless hours, I found the information for the pinout of the different connectors of the back of the radio.I added some pictures on how to connect the camera. From the radio you need to connect F8 and F9 pins to the green and yellow cables of the 4-pin connector coming out of the harness.

Signal for radio isn't the greatest and they forgot to send the mounting brackets and 2 black pieces. Would be 4 star if they would have sent the missing parts. Haven't tried non of the features yet.

As you pop off the trim and take out the old Kia radio the unit is a direct replacement. You can reprogram your steering wheel buttons to be whatever you want with this product as well which is a plus. The install took 30-40 minutes from start to finish.The wireless air play does a really good job of connecting to my iPhone as well.

No straight instructions, very complicated to place

Extremely happy with this radio. Have had it for about a month with no issues. Installation was super easy including the backup camera. Android wireless carplay works great, though sometimes I have to manually connect it. Which is more of nuisance.
