Good clear and flat wood

I bought this with the wood burning kit for my granddaughter and she loved them.

I got this to use with my maker 3. It is a bit to thick for the maker 3 to cut it properly and that is my fault. I am going to use it for a model. I is easy to cut into a shape because it is thin. It is easy to glue together because it is thick enough to hold the glue. Once glues together is it super strong. So good product and just read the deatils before you nuy the wrong thing.

Works great, smells good when it burns (I've been hit with some funky smells from the glue with pressed boards and this one mostly smells like wood). Pretty durable - a little splintering when pushing cut pieces out. Go slow and double check when an exacto before you pop out the piece and you're fine. It's GREAT to paint, watercolor layers very nicely. Deff will buy again.

The product is sturdy and good. The only reason why I have given a slightly lower score is because it did not work for what I wanted it. If you planning to use this on a Cricut machine then be advised that it will not cut through the board.However, if you are using this for any other reason then this is a quality product.

The media could not be loaded. Perfect for crafts and for woodburning practice. Lightweight, but sturdy wooden pieces. Smooth and not jagged or splintered around the edges. I have a craft idea that I needed wooden book covers for, and these were just the right size and I believe they will work well. I think they will also work well with alcohol inks. I wasn't really sure what to expect since this is my first experience with this type of craft item, but I'm happy with them and it has my imagination in overdirve with ideas as to what I can use the extra pieces I'll have left over to make.

I was skeptical about purchasing these, as there weren’t any reviews- but I’m glad I did! This wood is perfect for laser engraving. Unlike some poplar wood I’ve used, this wood doesn’t seem to brown on the edges of the engraving (ghost burn). An added bonus is that it’s thin enough to be cut with the deep cut blade on a Cricut Explore/Maker, or even with just a hand blade like an Exacto knife (use a lot of pressure, go slow and cut AWAY from your body). Out of my batch, all the pieces came nicely packaged and all are usable. I intentionally purchased these because of their size- they are thinner than most craft wood on Amazon, so if you’re wanting to do standalone pieces with these plates, just keep that in mind. I am putting mine in picture frames- and they fit just fine.
