I have only been using this for a few days but woke up today and noticed that my skin looks firmer and more hydrated than ever. I also noticed that my tennis elbow pain that I’ve had for the past 6 months is almost gone.I use one scoop in my morning matcha and cannot taste the collagen at all. As another reviewer noted, it has more of a smell than a taste. It dissolves well.

I just tried a scoop in room temperature water and it dissolves easily and practically has no taste at all!I need to use this @ day for 1-2 months to see if I get pain relief , I'll write another review . . .Dr Mark Hyman recommends this product, and I've read you must take some slow release Vitamin C w/collagen to help with the formation of new collagen, Also adding unsweetened antioxidants is very beneficial for collagen repair.

It does have more of a smell than the regular vital proteins and little clumpy when mixing in my coffee but can't taste it and makes my coffee creamier. I like it. Almost 3 weeks since I started using it so may be too soon to know if the fortigel is helping my arthritis. I wanted a collagen with fortibone and trust the Vital Protein products.

This is the worst tasting collagen we've tried. Ended up tossing the entire canister, as it was unusable.
