Y'all...for so long I had been searching for an edge control to lay my edges the entire day; I have type 4b/c hair and it seemed as if nothing could lay my edges. The list of products I have tried and disposed of in attempt to lay my edges is absolutely ridiculous. For sometime, I was using an edge control and layering it with gel which would work only in the winter time, but by the time summer hit and the Texas heat came out of hiding, my edges would just melt away like crisco.Then I came across this edge booster and let me tell y'all.....the edge game has truly changed! This is the ONLY product I use to lay my edges...I don't even have to tie my edges down with a scarf! It's like it literally freezes my edges in place, it's like sorcery lol! On top of that, my edges are still full and healthy....in the past, my edges have gotten very thin from using previous edge controls.Anyways y'all, this stuff really works. I pray the formula never changes because this is the only thing I'm sticking to forever. I bought this a few months ago, but I still have quite a bit of product left in the jar!

This is the best edge control I have found so far for my daughters 4c hair. It smells AMAZING as well. I love all the scents but the blueberry and the melon are the best out of them all. If you dont want flakey, edges or have a problem with your edges lifting up or turning white after half the day then this product is what you are needing. No flake 👎 no white crust 👎 perfect scent and hold 😉😁

The media could not be loaded. Ok so this gel is amazing but it does turn white sometimes. It’s so weird because sometimes it doesn’t and sometimes it does. So I believe it’s definitely avoidable. Try making sure your brush and hair is clean and try adding water ontop after application. Also check YouTube for solutions because this is the best gel I’ve come across for my 4b hair. It lays my edges DOWN easily and stays alllll day! It also doesn’t look hard like ecostyler and it’s not super greasy looking either. The smell is also mesmerizing to me because it literally smells like pineapples! Definitely try it out and see what you think.

I love this product! Like the gel, this product can be very drying based on my experience with it. The pomade can leave a slight white residue if you use it by itself or use too much. I don’t use any of my Edge Factor products without a moisturizer as a base. I pair the pomade with my Shine ‘n Jam and I get no flakes and the hold is great for my hair type. When using it with the jam, a little goes a long way so you don’t need much to get your desired effect. I love the smell and definitely recommend giving it a try!

It definitely slicks your hair good but it was turning white for me after it dried so I put water or oil on it when it does and then it’s ok. I wouldn’t buy this again tho because I’ve tried better
