Moringa leaves have many uses!
Little did I know I could order fresh Moringa leaves online. What a blessing! Cooking - I added it to my pot of dhal/lentil. And other homemade dishes. Also boiled a handful of leaves on its own with a 1-2 cups of water. I know its tasteless but use the boiled moringa water before breakfast and before dinner. I felt so much better when I have UTI.Health benefits - it has anti-inflammation and antioxidants properties. Great for healing wounds, etc. So worth it.
