For the goal-lovers!
As a Hurdle Podcast fan, host Emily has shared her love for the Self Journal on a few occasions. What immediately appealed to me was the habit tracker and daily prompts (gratitude, goals, targets, "what will make today great"). I'm a few months into a new job and was looking for more tools to keep me organized and pushing forward in my goals - this journal is IT! Definitely recommend!

This journal will help you create habits and reach your goals.
After using the same goal planner for 2 yrs with little change and leaving many sections unfilled. I decided it was time to try something new and came across this goal planner/journal. It has helped me build a routine of daily gratitude, habits to help reach my goals, and a consistent methods to work towards my goals weekly and daily. It's set up to create a road map towards your goals. It's layout is clean and simple to follow. The blank, dotted, journal page that accompanies each day is customizable and can be used in anyway you choose. Somedays I journaled, other days I doodled or created to do lists. I will be buying another one.
