This was easy to get setup and running. I go through 2 filters each week but they are not as dirty now as they were in the beginning. The only negative is the temperature drops from 104 to 98 after about 20 minutes. It kinda lets you know it's time to get out.It's also kind of deep. My wife has to have a special seat cushion to sit on to keep above the water line.

This has been hell. Do NOT order from them. I bought this for my boyfriend for Christmas, he spent 2.5+ hours setting it up... filled it with water.... only for it to NOT WORK. There were holes, it leaked water onto our deck, would not get hot, and the bubbles only lasted for ~3 minutes. The return process is HELL and they expect you to package it all back up and deal with fedex. Seriously avoid this... I'm still trying to get a full refund back and it's been a nightmare.

$625 and fast ship. 20 minutes to install and pump unit inflates tub! Slowly heats to 104 degrees max and air bubble massage works great on this body. In colder weather, Temp drops quickly when running air pump to about 98-100. Well constructed, strong wall and floor. Nice insulated cover to maintain temp. Hope it can last two plus years. Bromide chemicals are safe and simple. 👍👍

Very easy to assemble. Took a bit to get temperature up there but it's amazing the bubble jets are high powered and the cover keeps the temperature in the tub, the tub itself is firm and not soft when inflated. We hope to get many years out of it. Only negative I don't think 4 adults can use at one time but two can comfortably sit. The light in it is awesome at night. Excited to use more this fall and winter.Update: I have had this hot tub a year went to start up and get ready for this year's use and now I hit the heater option it kicks off the whole unit. I tried everything and still no luck. I called Intex and they only had a 1 year warranty on product. I'm pretty sad. It's not a cheap purchase so buyer beware.

This was very easy to set up on our patio. I took more time to make sure we had a nice and level foam pad underneath for comfort and insulation from the pavers. Half inch thick foam pads from Harbor Frieght was a great price for these. The instructions were fairly good. The only thing I was confused about was the "air gap pad" having to be inside the cover before inflating. It was much easier inflating it outside the cover, then making sure it fit snug inside the hot tub and throwing the extra, extra heavy cover over all of it. You do all of the inflating with the motor in the unit and a special hose that comes with it. We loved feeling the water jets over our tired and hot bodies here in Phoenix (118°). So there was no need to turn on the heater until about November. It will seat 3 average size adults just fine. I would highly recommend as of now (they're always antsy for a review right away) and will amend this review if it doesn't last very long.

Have not gotten 1st electric bill yet, so I will let you know on that. This Tub is Wonderful for us old folks aches and pains! Easy to take care of and regulate. Sturdy.

Arrived defective not holding air. Called customer service, they will issue a refund if I ship it back but tuff luck trying to reduce this to the same size it was received as. It's really not possible, so I got the main portion in one box and ups was going to charge $400 to ship it. This is awful. Don't purchase.

Was surprisingly good to start, unfortunately surprised it got a slow leak somewhere on the bottom after just 10 months. Too small a leak to find and fix. Too big to ignore. Now it’s basically trash.
