I had bought another ultralight chair that was NOT a high back and I regretted it. So I bought this one. Now I am happy. It is not only a high back with a cushion for my head, it sits higher than most ultralight folding chairs which makes it easier to get up after sitting for a while (I am 6 feet tall and seat height becomes more important with age). Packing it back into the bag is a little tricky, but it gets easier with practice. You should always practice setting up folding chairs, tables, and cots before actually using them and this one is no exception. I weigh a little over 200 pounds and this one claims to be good for 300 pounds, so I will see whether it is capable of bearing my weight without breaking.

A handful of fishing trips, two camping trips, and the back plastic has worn off and ripped. This isn't the chair you want, keep looking for something more sturdy and long lasting! I like these chairs, they are great when you don't want to haul the large camp chairs for a quarter mile. They are much lighter, and still fairly easy to set up. The support legs are fine, but they have small feet, and can easily sink in soft/wet dirt or sand. Getting them packed back up into the bag can be a struggle, but they get there eventually. I like the chairs, they are comfortable enough, and I certainly like they are 1/2 as heavy as a full size camp chair and take up much less space.

This chair isn’t as good as the older model. I had the older model and I needed to buy another one so I figured I would buy the same one. But the company changed the design a little bit which made the chair far worse. They change the frame. It’s harder to put together and to take apart but what’s more important it’s not as comfortable. It’s a lot more flimsy and it’s harder to get out of it. I don’t understand why they would try to fix something that’s not broken. I am going to have to buy another chair from a different company. What a waste of my money.

Love the chair but very difficult to fold & pack back in the case. Its quite wobbly considering it’s supposed to be more stable that the earlier version. I don’t believe it’ll hold more than my weight. In spite of it all, I’ll keep it. It’s great for camping.

Light, easy to setup. It is very comfortable. I highly recommend this chair.
