Surprising! 💪🏼
Was a bit disappointed when this cylinder jack came because of the size BUT don’t be fooled like us!Got this to use on our farm. After reading the reviews seeing that someone used it to reinforce their mobile home that was having foundation issues we knew that it would be good for the small job we needed it for! 😂We actually moved a small barn from behind my dad’s house to the farm which is less than a mile away, to have locked storage for our equipment and we used it to jack the barn up for transport on a trailer.Impressive!Worked exactly how we thought it would, without any trouble. We’ll definitely get plenty of use out of it!!👍🏽

Low-Profile Lifting Cylinder, But 20 Tons? It's Smaller Than my 4-Ton Pump. And It Worked Once.
I was pretty excited to receive this item because I don't have a low-profile cylinder for my 4-ton porta-power kit. Unfortunately, It was disappointing to me in a variety of ways. This '20-Ton' unit is about half the size of my 4-Ton porta-power. Maybe it uses magic physics, or maybe it's incredibly over rated.Specifically, my issues:First, it uses the opposite gender connector as my 4-Ton set from the tool store. So I can't use the YATOINTO pump on my tool store hydraulics, and I can't use the YATOINTO low-profile cylinder on my tool store hydraulic pump. I am going to see if I can get some sort of adapter to let me at least hook up the cylinder to my 4-Ton pump.Second, the foot on the back of the YATOINTO pump housing spins. And it's infuriating because you can't keep the pump in one place while operating it with just one hand. And the pump wants to fall over while you are applying force to the handle. Just a terrible design in my opinion.Third, I used this to apply persuasion to a wood beam under the house, and it worked smoothly and with relatively low effort, but it only worked that one time and never again. After I released the valve to lower the cylinder, the pump never produced any action at the cylinder again no matter what I tried. I can't narrow down the problem because the connector is backwards from the rest of my hydraulic tools. It's after 30 days, so I won't be getting any support. It is a hydraulic device, so it's not rocket science. It probably just blew a seal. But I don't have time to mess with it right now, especially when my existing porta-power set works. My 4-ton unit from the tool store has had the you-know-what beaten out of it for close to 15 years, and it's never had a failure. Maybe I'm just the lucky guy that got the defective YATOINTO porta-power . The price on this unit is low, but despite that, I can't recommend it based on my experience.

Work as intended.
Used it at work to align shelving that would not otherwise move while being loaded did the job perfectly.

A cheap portapower
This is a cheap Portapower, and I mean that in the quality sense as well as the cost.I use these things to jack up equipment and level building floors. Much safer than a bottle jack. On the other hand, they are NOT for jacking up vehicles. Not near enough throw, and they have a narrow base, so a vehicle can roll off and drop. This one gets the job done, but it has some shortcomings...To start with, it did not function at all out of the box. The pump had air in the cylinder and wouldn't work. Had to put the ram on the floor, the pump on end up high, and pump like crazy to get the ram to extend. Let it back in, and repeat several times to get the air out of the system. It now works. The ram Extends about 1-1/8 inch max. It does not have a spring return, so if it doesn't have a load on it to push it back down, you have to push it in yourself. A bit unusual, but just a minor inconvenience. It did not leak down under load, so that's good. The pump is bare bones. The build is light, and the fit and finish is only adequate. The paint is chipping off, and some of the exterior parts are very poorly machined. It works, it's not leaking, so I can live with ugly. The label says it holds 300 CCs of oil, but I tested it with another ram I have that requires 200 CC to fully extend, and it only made it half way, so a lot is missing in the one I got. I think I know why there was air in the system. No oil in the packaging, so it came that way from the factory. It has enough to fully operate the ram it came with, though. There is no provision to add hydraulic fluid, or check the level. It looses a bit every time the ram is disconnected (that's what is all over the cardboard in my pictures), so it will eventually require some. Not really sure how I'm going to get it in there since mine needs it now.It comes without any sort of storage case. Part of what keeps the price low.All that said, it works after a bit of fussing, and it is very inexpensive. The pro ones we use at work cost four times as much as this kit for just the pump with no rams. It you are going to use this only occasionally, it's a serviceable unit, and it won't break the bank. I rated it accordingly.

Works for what it was designed to do
This is more of a nudger than a full on jack in the common sense of the word. You can raise something up an inch or two, but that is about it. Maybe enough for some, but not what I was looking for. I was able to raise a few heavy items (car, refrigerator, motorcycle, etc) the slight amount the jack moved with little effort - hydraulics after all. It does come in a small package and the parts fit together well and connect solidly. If the specifications of this jack meet your job requirements, it should work well, though I don't have anything to test the 10T capacity.
