As expected
Ac delivery and installation was very professional and on time by the amazon and voltas team. Ac performance is upto the mark. Cooling is very good. Using the 1.5 ton Ac in enough sizeable area and it is working very well.

Poor performance and service
Purchased this AC one and half years back. Since then the service has been pathetic. They do not attend to the complaints and keep on lingering the requests. The cooling is also not optimal and it is not expected out of a so called brand like Voltas. The latest story is that around one week back we requested for a air filter of the AC but despite at least 10 follow up nobody turned up to attend the complain. Not at all recommended in view of the poor performance and after sales service.

AC are very good and at this price point one of the best product, but installation is a hassle. And to much pain full.

All good but cable is short
The power cable from inside unit connecting to the outside unit is shorter than the 2 copper tubes बाय about 2.5 feet hence additional cable has to be joined to make the length equal of copper tubes.This makes no sense as the copper tubes and power cable have to run side by side from the inside unit to outer unit.Can Voltas look into this as this makes the whole experience wanting.

Extremely Disappointed with Voltas' Service SupportI purchased a Voltas air conditioner expecting reliable performance and good after-sales service, but unfortunately, my experience has been the opposite. The outdoor motor has failed multiple times, and despite raising several complaints, there has been no proper support or resolution from the service team.Each time I contact customer care, I'm given false promises or no response at all. The lack of professionalism and urgency is shocking, especially for a reputed brand like Voltas. It's frustrating and disappointing to be left without help during peak summer months.Would not recommend based on my experience. Voltas seriously needs to improve its service standards.

Excellent Product
This really the Best AC that I have seen. Installation is bit pathetic. But the performance of AC is awesome.
