Nice product
I’m very happy with my purchase. I bought another 2 vacuum and returned it and finally got this one.The first vacuum was over £100 and working well. But is just not worth the price. And for second vacuum, is about £30 but the dust holder keep falling off and the quality overall is bad.This vacuum is cheap, with good quality. The suction is strong enough, simple design, light weight to carry it, easy to clean the dust holder and filter.Compare to the £100 one I bought, this one seem could suck in more dust and dead skin.Also, it is UK company. So worth supporting.So I’m very happy with it.

Better than expected
It's quite surprising how much this vacuums off your mattress and it's a new ish mattress too. Good suction, easy to use, empty etcHighly recommend

Nifty piece of kit
The Lakeland mattress cleaner is larger than the photo depicts.It is also quite heavy but I have carpel tunnel and weak wrists.It has a lovely long electric flex making it easy to walk around the bed while vacuuming the mattress.I'm glad the vacuum cleaner can be used on theupholstered furniture too.EDIT: The dust lid works on SUCTION, by gently pulling upwards.

UV light stopped working early on.
The product works OK as a handheld mattress vacuum cleaner, however, I purchased it specifically for the UV light feature, which stopped working properly shortly after the return date had expired. I tried to contact the supplier to ask if I could return the item as I believed that it was still within the normal warranty time, but received no response other than them redirecting me back to the Amazon returns and orders page.

Really good. I was surprised at the amount of dust etc and u hoover my mattress regularly .Excellent value for money

Suction not strong, UV light doesn’t work
Weak suction. UV light doesn’t work. Was faulty straight out of the box. Don’t waste your money.
