Easy to put on an take off yourself, straps hold tight once its on. A bit thinner than some others which is great imo so its not restrictive leaning over. Used for gardening, painting, general yard work around the house and do feel like it makes a difference in preventing lower back pain.

I am small and 5’2”. Almost too wide. Not too sure it helps.

I use it to supplement mgmt. of a sore hip/lower back. It cannot provide very tight support as the elasticity is too much for that. So, probably not much help for weight training. However, it provides some support.
