The King's Crown: A lift-the-flap, search-and-find adventure

The children loved lifting the flaps as we went along the story a lovely story about the Kings crown going missing before the coronation so he makes a new one just like our children were doing and then at the last minute he found his real one. The children could relate to the story.

Im the story the king has a catastrophe and has lost his crown. My daughter enjoyed lifting the flaps looking for the kings crown. At the end of the story the king made his own crown. This was a great lead into us making our own crown for the king. Would be suitable as a crown making stimulus in nursery/reception. A simple enjoyable story.
