Jarder 3 x 5 Litre Concentrate Spray & Leave Cleaner - Patio Fencing Decking - Green Mould & Algae Killer

Purchased 15 litres of this to deal with patio, drive, wall, a fence and a pathway covered in algae/lichen. Didn't want to go for full force jet watch as can cause damage and always messy. Had a trial run last weekend on a path to the side of the house and some fencing covered in lichen. Applied solution as recommended at 1:5 with a garden sprayer. Results on fence were evident in an hour or so and within 4 hours on the path. All the lichen has gone and the fence can be re treated when weather conditions permit. Have noticed that the pathway has got cleaner over the 4 days since it was treated. As stated you need to choose a day when it's going to be dry overhead and where the surface to be treated is reasonably dry. Will definitely be using in my patio and driveway later in the Spring. Overall very pleased and it seems more effective than some other treatments I've purchased from garden centres etc in past years. Would definitely use again.

Work quite well but as we all the moss still comes back again

This product is very good value and effective against moss and algae when used as directed. It does what it says, spray and leave. It can be used on a variety of hard surfaces and results are noticeable within a few days. It is as effective as products costing 5 times more. It can be used neat and up to a dilution of 1:10. For most situations a concentration of 1:5 is adequate but for badly affected areas, I find a repeat application or using a more concentrated solution is required.

This takes a couple of days to work. But it works. Much easier than pressure spraying. I sprayed a couple of patches on the path outside my house to see how effective it would be on thick moss. 2 days later, the moss is brown and nearly dead. May need another spray on those areas but that is really thick moss. In my garden on the slabs, it took about one day before I could see the difference.I used the recommended dose of 5-1.I would highly recommend this product.

The description is fairly accurate but it really depends on how bad your decking or fencing is. It's odd how some of it turns white and others doesn't - which means it now looks unsightly until the weather improves - then those areas will need cleaning thoroughly and protecting and/or staining

Used a 4 to 1 mix instructions say 5 to 1 so I made a stronger mix.gave my block pave drive and slab path a good soak also sprayed some green on my fence NO RAIN BEFORE OR AFTER TREATING, the result after 3 days ( NO Difference on any part of drive ,path and fence it has not even killed off some moss between the block paving )).So my opinion is it is Rubbish in my case it does not work and is a waste of Money £30 down the drain.

Having used another major-brand patio cleaning product for years, I found that it got too pricey so looked for something cheaper....I came across this product, so I thought I would chance it and give it a go and didn't expect it to be as good as my usual product.Not only is it hugely cheaper, I am shocked to find that it is also superior, not only in strength/dilution rates so it goes further, but also effectiveness. It does exactly what it claims to do......I don't even have to get the pressure washer out as it was so good.The product was dispatched by DripDropDry quickly and securely, and delivered within a couple of days...excellent service.

Miracle? Not really. It is OK - but I really don't understand how anyone in the whole world saw things looking like brand new after 3 days. I tried 3 different concentrations, including full strength. No real difference after 3 days, after a week the green had gone and the moss had gone yellow and was dying, but it just left the area looking a little bit better, it didn't clean the stonework leaving it looking new - like a pressure cleaner does. (Or like the before and after pictures look.) It's basically an 'OK' product, but I think it will do a better job at supressing green algae growing. You try it, you could possibly have better luck than me? I will go back to my trusty pressure cleaner and then use what I have left to treat the areas afterwards.
