Can this kompresso really produce espresso? Is it easy to use? Seems expensive for what it is. Thanks for any replies.

It takes some dialing in. Do expect to get a good espresso straight away, your grind and pressure will make a big difference. Plus you need your cup really hot as the process of extracting cools the water quickly. For what you pay for, its value for money: you could pay a lot more for an electric machine that's not as good. If you want a camping or car machine, it's worth it. If you want top drawer extraction, save up and buy the full price machines.
