Once a day pill. Easy to swallow, and seems to help overall.

I have been using Forskolin for 3 weeks and have noticed a difference. I have worked out consistently for the past 13 years and have tried different items to give me the added boost before an event (ie.where I would be showing more skin.) I lift weights 3-4 times per week and do cardio 2x's/week and have an athletic physique. Forskolin has given me the edge by being able to consume more food (protein and carbs) and keeping my toned look.Hope this helps.

This is a good product but I had to stop using because my liver function is compromised and it couldn’t handle it.

I'm genuinely scared as to the extent of my life's extension... It just keeps getting extended with this supplement and I feel there is no way out. I talk to my psychiatrist(s) about the phenomena and they tell me to just "stop taking the supplement if it is giving you problems". Don't you think I've tried that, Doc? Truly, this supplement has me by the ropes, like it is controlling the scrolling of my hand on my computer to just click(buy now), it's a part of me, I suppose. An entity that is me but is also sucking the life out of me by increasing my life to a comical degree. I had to watch my grandchildren pass and their grandchildren after them... I don't know what to do. I have read every encyclopedia, from aerospace engineering to molecular epigenetics and can't seem to find purpose in the absolute knowledge I have obtained with this terrible supplement. Understand this, once you've required ABSOLUTE knowledge on everything that "is" there is nothing else to do but wait for the end that will not come do to this product.... I cannot in good faith give this product a good review so I will give it 4 out of 5 stars. Truly, my life is ruined oh how I wish it was over. You'd think after 4 Noble peace prizes, 32 billion in my bank account and countless discoveries I'd be satisfied. Please discontinue this product, I'm begging you.

This is extremely low dose 10mg when 250mg is the daily dose most often recommended. Very low dose, need to take 25 pills for a most often recommended daily dose. Returns not accepted.

Good supplement to help curb hunger and support weight loss

This was a product that my mother had been looking for. She loved the price and the fact that the product arrived before time.

Forskolin is supposed to help with a bunch of things...the one thing I notice is that it does help with psoriasis believe it or not. It seems that when I take this the scaliness lessens somewhat...always a plus. If you want to give it a try, I say go for it...there seem to be no side effects or anything, and anything that helps you not look as "lizard" like can't be a bad thing!
