the water pressure is great very durable and is great definitely worth your money the weight of it isn’t too heavy and the color is absolutely beautiful!

It came packaged well this no name brand replaced my Moen I have to sit on a shower stool due to disability goes well in our new home I had good water pressure on my Moen wand alone but the hose was to short it kept hitting my shower knob I'm elderly with skin disease/lupus wounds all over} the Moen hose was to short & i would get scalded due it catching the shower knob...This hose is very long jus what I needed! No more burns YaY!My hubby installed it in minutes I have to say the rain head is nice stainless steel I'm disappointed that the shower head is plastic one drop is a concern my old wand alone in a tight shower space I could never get totally wet & it was exhausting as I have terrible mobility in my arms I spent more time fighting the short hose burns & the wand slippery w/soap brand name but wore me out...The only gripe I got is when the rain head is on the water to the new wand goes weak & I have high ceilings so I think I may have to get up & down to adjust the function to have both on I'm about to go take a shower so I'll be able to see if it's a water pressure thing worth it to have the rain head concerned about the wand pressure cuz I want to be wet from head to toe I haven't actually got in there yet I tried it after installation I hope I can benefit from both I love the long hose no more burns that a plus jus a word make sure you got good water pressure when I tried the knob for both the wand isn't as strong so I have to pick which one oh the joys of old age & being disabled...Over all I'm satisfied looking forward to seeing how it works I won't return unless it malfunctions cuz it's installed & is an upgrade from a high end it's now my rain room the Moen wand which was stainless built well & again I have mobility issues the Moen wand was hand heavy again mobility for me is different so the wand on this plastic wand may actually be a plus cuz it's light enough for me to hold I put in my Moen 2nd bathroom...We even had extra parts in a nicely packed box worth every penny for my needs!

I like mine. It actually is nice. Had a little drip but fixed. It works great now.

I don't understand how this has 4 stars. It's junk. Short term use only. Pain in the rear end to install. Threads are very poor because of the cheap quality of the metal. It leaks like crazy. It put lots of strain on my pipes also. I would never buy this again.

After opening the package, which had the items perfectly placed, I pulled out all the parts and reviewed the diagram. The instructions were very easy to follow in large enough print for those who need glasses or not. One item added to the supplies was plumber tape (a nice big roll), which I knew how to use, but it does not reference it in the instructions. Additionally, extra parts, such as washers and shower hangers come extra ..nice touch.The shower product was very well put together and able to handle the stress of tightening without snapping or bending. Well worth the added cost, compared to other products. After installing, the water test was a breeze and NO LEAKS, which is always good. You can use the spray handle; or the Rain Shower head, or BOTH!Water pressure was better than expected and I can look forward to larger water bills with my daughter and mother-in-law gleefully enjoying their new shower.I would rate this installation as a 1 out of 5, with 1 being very easy. Total time was approx. 30 minutes, and that was due to the adjustments made for the rain shower head to point just where my daughter wanted.I would highly recommend this shower/rain kit as a nice replacement to the standard shower head(s).

I really love this shower head. Great functionality, and you can move the head (head pivots in all directions). I don’t really use the handle when I take a shower, but I use it to wash my dog and it’s strong pressure to get a good wash, but not too strong to where it’s painful to my small dog. I love the sound and the water flow is great.
