Q: Curious what net carbs are per serving? Total carbs are stated as 3 g but strangely fiber is listed as 4 g - total carbs should include fiber!

I'm betting it should be 4 g Total Carbs, 3 g Dietary Fiber, and <1 g Total Sugars. It's the only thing that makes sense, since Total Carbohydrates = Dietary Fiber + Sugars + Sugar Alcohol + complex carbohydrates. (Note: complex carbs aren't listed explicitly; you get those by subtracting fiber, sugars, sugar alcohols from the Total Carbohydrates. Detail: each of the types of carbs are rounded to the nearest 1g. Still, no matter the rounding, you can't have a *sum* that's less than any of the elements that are being added (addends). That is, unless you believe in negative calories :-)).
