I absolutely love this epilator! It’s not completely painless—it definitely has a bit of a sting, but honestly, it hurt way less than waxing. I used it in small sections and rubbed it around gently as I went, which really helped. It picked up even the short hairs and left my skin super smooth.It takes a little patience, but once you get the hang of it, it’s quick and so satisfying. I’ll never share this—she shaves anyway, and this one’s too good to give up. If you’re on the fence, give it a shot—it’s a great alternative to waxing and totally worth it.

Being a woman of a 'certain age', I'm getting hair on my face in places I shouldn't have hair. While the tool works great, it doesn't stop the process of using the epilator from being painful. The shaver and pumice also work great! I haven't tried the last attachment, but overall this device holds a charge remarkably long! Now if someone could find a way to make using it painless, and not cause a rash. (if you've ever used an epilator before, you know it causes a rash. Our skin really doesn't like hairs pulled out by the root.... )

Works well on body hair, but will NOT work on my facial hair. That was a big disappointment!

I used this one time and when I picked it up it completely came apart into pieces. I would like a replacement. This never happened to me and I’ve been ordering this product for years.

Don't need water, so I can use easily.Just take time to read and follow the instruction and you will like this.It's the second time I'm using it in more than a month and really believe that with time I wont need it as regularly.Yes, it can be sensible at the beginning but I'm getting used to it so easy, less time and faster.

I give this a 3 because it does work, however, hair has to be longer than other brands to be able to use, and the tweezer part has less tweezers than other brands. I broke down and just bought a new one. Good in a pinch, but i wouldn't buy again.

I really am enjoying this product because I’m not tethered with a cord. the product works excellent without any skin irritation at all… And I’m saying this after using a number of similar products over the years. It’s one of the best epilators that I’ve used to date !!
