JJ Care has more than one kind of large capacity night bag and it is easy to confuse them when ordering. This one has an explicit hard plastic anti reflux chamber instead of just a flimsy reflux preventer that is inside the bag. That works much better because the cheaper flimsy one tends to get stubborn about letting through any flow. This one also has a slightly longer tube. It is somewhat more expensive than the other one but it is higher quality.

I had been ordering from a medical supply place and the order would generally take a couple weeks. We’re as I can order from Amazon and get them just a day. I’ve not had any problems with the bags leaking or backing up…..

I have tried so many different brands for my husband, and so far these are better. They are more convenient for me as care giver and for him. The bags, and especially the tubing, does not hold the urine smell like other brands. This one has all the features I prefer- the T-tap drain, the 'apple shape bag' (that's how maker describes it) and the center drain location. The heavier and clear tubing is much better than other brands. You also have the option of using the double hooks or the string (shoelace type) that come with each bag. That comes in handy depending on what or where you have to hang/attach the bag.
