Great peel!
This is a really nice pizza peel. Launching is easy and the length is perfect for our Arc XL. I would recommend it without reservation.

Excellent Peel
I use this for my Ooni Koda 16 and could not be happier. I also have a small circular peel designed for rotating the pizza, but I find this peel works even better for rotating pizza given its width.

Lightweight but sturdy
I have a couple pizza peels and this is by far my favorite one, it looks nice and it doesn’t get heavy in your hand after a while. I cook a lot of pizzas.

Game Changer! You gotta get this!
I picked up an Ooni Karu and started making pizzas for family and friends. I purchased pre-made dough at Trader Joes or Whole Foods but then went down the YouTube rabbit hole and have started making my own dough and have never looked back. I haven't ordered a pizza in months! On Mother's Day, both my mom and my mother-in-law got Ooni pizza ovens and I ended up making over 40 pizzas for the family. I had two ovens going at both locations, everyone made their own pizza on the stone countertops, and with this peel, you can use a combination of semolina flour and regular flour to loosen the dough from the countertop and slide the peel underneath it. This peel, with its perforations, allow you to sift off the extra flour you used to get the dough off the countertop before you launch it into the oven. This is the game changer! Before, I was using wood peels loaded with semolina that would get deposited in the bottom of the oven and eventually burn but this peel eliminates this and keeps the dough pristine! You gotta get this!

Not a 12” Peel
Nice construction, but this peel is 11 3/4” across its middle, not 12”. It would be more accurate to advertise it as a peel that can fit a 12” pizza oven.

Very happy with this. Has not stuck yet, and removes all the flour.
Bought this to use with the Gozney Arc XL. I had been using cheap wooden serving boards or a solid stainless peel, both with reasonable success for the most part, but I needed plenty of flour to launch. The Gozney peels are rounded at the back to fit the oven, however this seems to launch exactly where I need it, and it’s a far more sensible price. The edge slides under the base nicely, and a quick slide tests and removes excess flour so it doesn’t burn to the pizza stone, giving a much cleaner cook. I use a large turning peel as well. Very happy and would absolutely buy again.

Lasted less than 6 weeks and 5 cooks in the Ooni. Warped really badly so wouldn’t pick up pizza
Only lasted 6 weeks cooking once a week on a Ooni. Warped so badly it would pick up or launch pizza. Waste of money
