These are excellent for chewing the pain of having one’s orthodontic braces adjusted. I used them when I had braces and they saved me days of pain. You just have to chew lightly and then keep easing into it. They help move your teeth faster and push you through the discomfort much faster. You just have to brave up and do it. And don’t forget to floss!!

I got the bubblegum flavor. First off, that's not bubblegum. The taste is disgusting more like what I think a cleaning supply would taste like. The concept is there but it's way to hard of plastic and no give at all. Would not recommend.

Used for maybe 20 minutes and threw them all away. They sit so flat in your mouth they are uncomfortable.

I like these bite wafers because they are thin. I have braces and rubber bands so the wafers don’t interfere with rubber bands. I use them because I clinch and grind and don’t want to break anymore teeth. I would definitely recommend them to others who have braces and need to protect your teeth at night

It taste like medicine and it makes me throw up

They are hard as a rock, you can't keep these things in your mouth. Not what I thought they were, and I see now I am stuck with them because there is no return on these which I guess I didn't read ahead. Do not buy these.

My child has spacers in and needed these to chew. They said it’s better then the ones the dentist gave them but still not super tasty

Way too big for me. Did not taste like bubble gum, so I guess that just refers to the color.Also, not a returnable item so I guess I'm stuck with them!
