Brilliant 15l pot amazing price

I had to replace and upgrade parts, as even with PTFE tape on all connections there were leaks galore. Even after fixing all of those, and adding silicone grease on and under the lid seal, the lid itself leaks terribly. I can't get it pressurised up to any more than 30psi. Leaks aside, I also found the instructions somewhat lacking. I just about made some sense of them, but it wasn't exactly straightforward.

I have quite a few timber fences to paint each year, and painting by hand or with a pot spray gun is tiring. This was a total game changer - for less than £70 I was able to change a 2 day marathon into a 1/2 day job. The sprayer was delivered much quicker than expected. It was relatively easily put together (the instructions were just about adequate, and concentrated on the spray gun itself, with pretty basic instructions on assembly of the rest of the kit - reference to the pictures helped to ensure that it was correctly assembled). I found that needed to adjust the paint pressure way down (using the gauge on the top of the pot) and also reduce the flow rate (using the screw on the gun) to get the correct spray pattern. Apart from that, it was good to go. I wouldn’t suggest using this to paint a car, but to quickly apply paint to fencing, it would be hard to beat. Quality seems great, paint coverage was excellent, and it was a doddle to clean afterwards - I just rinsed out the pot and filled it with clean water, which then ran through the spray gun. Overall, and excellent product, value for money, and quickly delivered.

Good piece of equipment

It’s easy to operate. Item is as described.

The media could not be loaded. Spray isn’t very good. Would be very time consuming to spray a wall. Gun started to leak paint out and ended up in a right mess dripping paint all the floor. Also have to pay for the privilege of returning it.

Spent £40 on better valves and pressure parts. Still it loses 10 psi every 5hrs. For my purpose of pressure pot for resin casting it's 100% rubbish
