I have been using this monitor for almost a week now and i have to say that im in love with it
I don't often write reviews on products and if i do, they are usually for negative reasons but this one is different. I have been using this monitor for almost a week now and i have to say that im in love with it. Now let me explain my reason for getting one. I live in Brooklyn New York but i go to school in lower manhattan and i have these ridiculously long breaks that can last for hours at a time. I needed something to pass the time and you can only watch so many vids online. I tried a gaming laptop and the experience was so trash i just didn't wanna bother again. So i started looking other ways to game and found this and it gave me an idea. There weren't many reviews but i loved the concept the minute i set my eyes on and i gave it try. So i order one. As i am writing this i am in the study hall and gaming while everyone else is reading or watching tv. I have never seen anyone do this before and i get questions all the time about the screen and how it all works. Im sure your reading this wondering the same. Its an 11.6 inch 1080p 60Fps IPS HDR FreeSync display and its amazing for it is. The monitor has 2 speakers behind the display, which do the job. The screen can fold down for easy travel and storage. It also comes with a display cover, though keep in mind mine arrived today before leaving to school which is just under a week after getting the screen itself. The screen has 2 HDMI ports and 2 Headphone ports (courage, thats why) The screen does not have any screen bleed. The build is plastic but feels good and like the screen, its all matte. Overall this thing is amazing and i will be hopefully buying another one soon for my ps4 pro (college sucks and cost a lot so ye...hopefully) and hope to do a review for that as well.

Wow, this thing is Awesome!
Best investment I’ve ever made on a console. I didn’t need a big monitor and was looking at options when I came across this gem. It’s easy to set up, light weight, portable, and the screen clarity is great! Feels high quality and durably. Playing games on it is smooth and easy to adjust the settings to your preferences. It’s a space saver and If you travel a lot (like myself), I’d recommend this to anyone. Any new products they make I’ll be keeping my eye out for but for now I’ll be enjoying this.

Best screen available for your Xbox one!
This is by far the best portable screen I have ever used for any system period! The colors/contrast are great, duel stereo speakers sound very good for there size, and can easily be used when your net feeling like putting on a headset, (unlike the horrible sound quality of others.) The Build quality is good, not perfect. There is a little screen flex, but not bad by any means, and it sucks that there is a gap for the Xbox one version of this screen when it is folded down. However they now offer a protective pad ($2.99) as of now its currently free under the promotions tab, it is a piece of foam with a cloth material wrapped around it, and a strap to hold it in place, it does the job. Also I really like the seller G-Story, they seem to be a very good seller to deal with, and will help you any way they can. Overall its expensive, but you get what you pay for in my opinion, being this is for a sort of small audience, I understand. End of the day its much better than the offering from Gaems, and Hori which are durable, but poor screen quality.

Bad power supply.
Quick review/comment. Ive bought gstory items before with no issue. This 15” xbss screen came with a bad power supply. It popped as soon as i hit the power button on the screen. The screen was fine i used a power supply from another gstory and everything worked. Looks fine. A bit flimsy or flexible. But i think it will be ok. I had to return the entire unit. I am waiting on the replacement. I went ahead and purchased extra power supplies. All very common and prone to failures.

Great quality for the price!
Very nice packaging and presentation. The display is not HDR(high dynamic range), apparently...or at least isn't reported by other devices as running in HDR, but my eyes say it looks it. It looks HDR, but then again a really good quality non-HDR IPS panel will produce better range of colors. If I can't tell then that's good enough for me... as far as mobile displays go. But were I purchasing a 70 inch TV I'd make sure I was getting the best product for the price and raise question. The colors pop, the black and bright details is great. My only complaints are that it sits too high off of the console. I don't want to keep a pillow on the lid when it's not in use. The clips on the side are cheap and soft, so they don't lay flush and pop off. The the display doesn't tilt back enough for lap mode if you want to sit up straight. It's all soft plastic, and so isn't durable. The speakers are loke listen to really loud head phones from 2 feet away and, so, very tin-like...but that's why there are headsets. My model didn't have the USB powering option included, so I bought my own USB cables and it works great...no issues with sound that others speak of. I think it depends on what USB port you are jacking into(?) on the Xbox. Mostly I use headsets so if it becomes an issue I'm fine with it. See pictures for my setup. I ordered all 90 degree short cables for it, so that they dont stick far out the back and I can keep it on my lap without worrying about pulling the cables out, or putting stress on them should I tilt the console. To do that I purchased 90 degree Hdmi short cable, 90 degree USB to 90 degree DC cable, and 90 degree figure 8 power cable. All from Amazon. As mentioned all cables are really short and so don't have excess.Ideas:I feel like the designers should consider a version that snaps into existing ports on the back of the console, and hack right into the Hdmi and USB ports. It could then be lower profile and close properly at the top of the console and only require thin, rubber pads to protect the monitor. It will make the console longer, but keep it thin as possible.

Cables a bit short for the power block so have a outlet nearby. Maybe 3 or 4 feat away
I thunk thus things amazing for what it is. I use it when I got to work offshore. Serve its purpose 10/fold. Might need a better way to secure it other then the metal bar. But it will do just fine.
