Q: Is it too tall to fit up under the table ?

This will slide up to or under most standard-height dining tables (30 inches). The Booster seat measures 11 and 7/8 inches from the bottom of the base to the top of the belly bar,

Q: Are the tray and cushion available for the Booster? I don't see those options. Is there any safety certification? What constitutes "nontoxic plastic"?

The Booster is designed to push up to the table…so I don’t believe there is a tray. The harness/buckle is a horrible design so I don’t use it it right now which is ok, because the baby is only 8mo. Not sure what I will do when she starts climbing out🤷🏼♀️ had I realized this when I was purchasing, I would not have bought it.

Q: Would this be safe to have on top of your island?
