LORACAlter Ego Lipstick for Women

I purchased Lorac's Alter Ego in CEO several months ago, and just recently purchased the color Supermodel. They are not very moisturizing, but I did not find them drying either. Certainly no more so than comparable matte products, and definitely not more drying than some liquid lipsticks. I do feel like the finish comes out pretty matte. So long as I don't eat a greasy meal, they both last nicely and are not sticky. They're not terribly transfer proof.When I originally began using the Alter Ego lipsticks, there was a learning curve. CEO pulled pretty brown on my pale, neutral-ish coloring. Supermodel looks very light on my lips, and definitely shows more fine lines than the darker CEO. I also originally purchased Jet Setter, which I never could make work for me. (However, I gave it to a girlfriend who adores it and looks amazing in the color.)What I eventually came to love most about these lipsticks is how easy they are to blend and wear with other colors. If I want a dark, longwearing but warmer color? I will use Alter Ego CEO as the base, and apply a small amount of an inexpensive (Revlon) red lipstick on top. Lasts for hours. Now that I have the color Supermodel, I feel as if I have three Lorac lipsticks: each on their own, and the two mixed together.I would (and have) recommend these to my friends, and I plan to purchase more. And they smell good too!

I really like this high quality lipstick. It gives great coverage, and it feels creamy on my lips. The smell is also lovely.. something like camomile? The colour though is not a true beige. While the tone is warm, the colour is actually peachy. I guess I expected something more golden or neutral. But in any case, it is a light nude, exactly what i was looking for, so I am happy with it, even so! I would love to buy it again!

First impression was great it’s pretty an sleek an smells amazing like coconuts an a great moisturizer plus the color is nice. Great buy. Edit: So this is the only lipstick I’m gonna use from now on. An I upped it to five star instead of 4 an I never give 5 stars!

I’ve been looking for Lorac and I don’t think it’s a brand anymore...? If so, I can’t find it anywhere! This is a close 2nd to my all time favorite lipstick Lorac once made called Southern Belle. Not quite as perfect or as peachy, but good for blondes looking for a blushy nude with a creamy consistency.

BEST brown lipstick I've found. I'm obsessed. But beware, I have more of an olive skin tone. My friends with a paler skin tone tried it and looked corpse-y. Did not look good at all haha. So it's good for darker skin tones. It also stays on forever. I would get in the shower, take off my eye makeup, get out of the shower, and it didn't move. Amazing stuff.

Love the product but was sent the wrong color - I ordered CEO but was sent dominatrix; doesn’t look good on me! I’ve worn CEO for a couple years and that’s basically the only lipstick I wear; long-lasting color

I luv the color but it’s more like a cream than a stick. It’s not solid at all.
