Poor quality & poor Velcro
Used twice a week for 1 month & the Velcro is worn. When using the Velcro just lets go and you slam against the weights.I’ve bruised my legs countless times due to this.Not worth the money and poor quality.Fit is also for people large ankles. If you have small ankles then it probably won’t fit.Id pay extra for better quality

These ankle straps are a soft nylon - so they are both comfortable and strong.The velcro is reliable and doesn't move at all when I am exercising ...although, even if it did, there is a solid carabina which goes through the stainless steel D-rings - so once they are on your ankles, you can be confident they will stay there.For £6.50 you can't go wrong :)
