This is a great zinc supplement - and was purchased for that purpose. As for the claims of increased volume - it has made some difference over the last two weeks...Rather hard to comment on the long term benefits, but so far, it's done everything it promised - I just wish the bag the capsules come in didn't have "CUM" in massive font on both the front and back, as it makes for some interesting questions when company is around!
