Delivery was 2days early comes in two boxes one lager than the other; the same day, was my experience. We have a big home 3000 sf but our living room is small if you ask my wife and I and kinda awkward, you definitely have to get the right furniture or you’ll throw the whole scheme off a lot. We just went through that nightmare we’re now trying to fix the wrongs starting with too large L-shaped couch we recently replaced with this one and it’s awesome, fits very well as well as it is beautiful, soft and strong; well built, I see no problem. The seats and the back is nice and stiff but comfortable enough to relax and entertain company. Now the problem I only had with this couch is I thought I was missing a major piece; the backrest to the corner seat. After making a few calls and e mails complaining about the situation, as far I was told- everything is contained in the two boxes I received, Wht are there 3 armrests instead of 2? No Way!! There must be a 3rd box, I felt duped I didn’t want to go through the hassle of returning it. So it wasn’t nothings more to do as far as assembly, (missing part), I thought! I was tired and kinda flushed so I took a nap; a dream woke me up, walla! I figured it out that other armrest is what connect the two sofas together 😅 very tricky!!!!!! Never have I’d ever thought it went together in a snap. But you can’t see that at all. I love my couch and I’m sure it’ll last a long time though it is dainty or finicky in style but I say don’t let that fool you it’s sturdy enough to hold its own. I say it’s a refined diamond for the cost, not in the rough. If you had large furniture it may take time to get used to probably a day or two then you’ll realize your not losing your gaining.

I like this sectional, the fabric nice, and comfortable to sit on. Good quality, and the customer service is excellent, they help, and explained so politely and patient, how we can put together when we had needed some help. I give this company a good recommendation.

I'm shocked at the high quality of this ottoman and the low price! exactly as described, very comfortable. I like the dense form that's used for the top, it makes it nice to rest your leg and sit on if necessary. The storage fits 2 of my big blankets, excellent product!
