Great flavor on both (if you can overcome the extreme heat!). Smoked is nicely smoky, and the unsmoled is wonderfully fruity. Makes for a great marinade, but trust me...a little dab'll do ya!

The smoked is much milder than the regular, which means I can eat it undiluted as a topping. The regular is very spicy indeed, I dilute it with vinegar or fish sauce and sometimes make a more complicated sauce with pineapple, onions, garlic, horseradish, ginger and etc.
