Love taking it with protein powder it seems like I have more pep during work outs and helps keeping the fat off since I've been it 3 times a day.

Seems the same as my other Taurine powders so I can't tell any difference. I'm sure all these are synthetically made anyways so it has to be good quality kind of like vitamin C it's all synthetic and we take it daily.

I use this to make a pre-workout drink with other things. Helpful with energy support during workouts!

I am no body builder. I take this because research have shown that high levels of taurine are associated with a significantly lower risk of death from heart disease, blood pressure and cholesterol. It is very good for cardiovascular and eye health. As I don't eat meat, it is especially important for me to get it somewhere else. I also feed this to my dogs. Taurine deficiencies are causing a wave of dilated cardiomyopathy in dogs, that the government is trying to blame dog food for....but which is actually their fault for not mandating it's inclusion in the approved dog diet. Cats need it always. Dogs need it as they get older, especially larger dogs. What is healthy for us, is almost always healthy for them as well. I have them in the same superfood regime I am on, but they get to eat meat...and taurine is a big part of that regime.

Nice scoop inside for convenience. Easy to take in glass of water. Tastes ok.

I just want to warn people that if you've never used this product before, don't starttaking it using the recommended amount. Start using a very small amount for thefirst week and then gradually increase it to the regular amount over time. I hadvery bad stomach pains and I started with a very small dose. Sadly not all of uscan use this product.

The container is huge! Which is a great value for the price. I was not expecting it to be so large.I researched taurine a bit before I got it and I thought it sounded good to add to my list of weekly supplements.I started small with two teaspoons, but I think I accidentally grabbed the tablespoon. I didn't have my magnifying glass to read the recommended dosage on the label, so I just went with it and mixed it with water.It was very, very bitter.I had some lime juice and I added that with some seltzer water and it was bearable to drink.Only problem was, it made my mouth and throat feel slimy and I couldn't get the slime taste out of my mouth for hours. And my heart raced a little bit.All this is my fault.Four stars because of the bitterness and you are meant to drink it.I would rather have all that powder put into capsules, if possible, and then it would be easier to take.
