Made this purchase last October 2023, I really like the sound quality and ANC works perfectly well.. recently all of sudden one of my earbud got completely dead, reason not known. I contacted TOZO customer support via email, provided relevant purchase details and they reverted me to have a basic clean-up but it didn't worked, post which I am now getting a free replacement directly from TOZO. I really liked the after sale service and quick turnaround from the company to resolve my issue.Thanks!! :)

This is my first experience purchasing a TOZO product, and it's been totally worth it. The sound quality is impressive, and the ANC functions flawlessly. However, one of my earbuds unexpectedly stopped working for no apparent reason. I reached out to TOZO's customer support via email, shared my purchase details, and they suggested a basic cleaning, which unfortunately didn't help. As a result, TOZO is now providing me with a free replacement. I’m really pleased with their after-sales service and how quickly they responded to resolve my issue.

This is the 1st time i had bought this TOZO product. Seriously worth to buy

It has mediocre bass and slightly soft lower volume in calls. But otherwise, it is the best ENC mic under 10k (i have bought over 20 bluetooth devices in the last ten years). I am returning it for a fresh piece. The call quality on it is surreal good.Excellent value for money. If not for a dead charging case, i give it 10/10

Good bass with little bright treble.

First, I absolutely LOVE the TOZO NC2 earbuds. I have not tried their company’s other products, but I expect they all have similar excellent quality. I normally do not write reviews on products, but I have to comment on the TOZO brand, quality, and even more so - their customer service. The NC2 version of their headphones are simply the best I have tried so far - and I have used a lot of expensive and inexpensive models from multiple brands. The sound quality is similar to many of the expensive brands - and much clearer on treble and bass than all the inexpensive ones I have had. For the cost, the NC2 earbuds are without a doubt the best value and quality I have ever had. Even if the Apple AirPods were only twice the cost of these (and remember, they are about 4x the cost for regular and 8x the cost for their Pro model), I would still choose the TOZO brand. That decision is based mainly on the customer service experience I have had.Most of the OTHER companies (yes, Apple - I am speaking to you) are not very supportive of their products unless you pay for a massive extended warranty plan up front. I have had these earbuds for 6 months, and the left one stopped working one day. I was honestly distraught over this issue, as that meant I had to resort to using one of my other earbuds - all of which I do NOT enjoy using. They are either uncomfortable or the sound quality is just horrible. I wanted my TOZOs back as soon as possible!!! I was about to order another pair, but first wanted to make sure they weren’t salvageable. I contacted them through their website, and they IMMEDIATELY responded and helped me go through all of the reset options to attempt to save these wonderful earbuds. We went through all the resets, and unfortunately, the left one wouldn’t connect or charge correctly. INSTEAD of saying, “oh sorry, sir, you didn’t purchase the extended warranty for $5K, so we can’t help you today. Would you like to buy a new set?” (Apple’s favorite response to all my issues) - TOZO, on the other hand, offered to replace them free of charge and with rapid shipping. Tell me that isn’t the best customer support experience, ever!?! I truly believe it was, and the only reason I am writing this review today.Yes, TOZO supports their products and their customers, like they were family. Plus, the representative I was working with was extremely polite, helpful, and unbelievably prompt in all her responses - I think they waited on my responses to emails more than I ever waited on them!!! Now, that’s a lesson for ALL of the other companies out there that don’t even respond to customer issues or complaints - follow the excellent example and lead of a company like TOZO, and you will keep a customer for LIFE. There is no question in my mind that the next pair of earbuds I have to purchase WILL BE another set made by TOZO! Hopefully, they keep their Research & Development Department busy, and come up with an even BETTER model for my next purchase. I sincerely thank all of you at TOZO for providing the best product and especially the most professional customer service experience I have had in a decade. Keep up the good work, and you have retained another happy customer for many years to come.

Llevo alrededor de 2 años con estos auriculares y son muy cómodos, sus gomas ajustables son muy variadas y seguro hay una que se ajuste a tu oreja, la calidad de los materiales es excelente, el plástico es resistente y de buen grosor, (siempre se me caen y no les han pasado nada XD) la cancelación de ruido no es total pero si aísla lo suficiente para el sonido del entorno no moleste para nada, además, tienen una batería muy rendidora y una EXCELENTE calidad de audio, recomiendo por que son unos audífonos verdaderamente calidad-precio

Los compré sin conocer mucho la marca por reseñas positivas que vi aquí.Han sido una grata sorpresa y después de un año de uso puedo dar mi opinión.El sonido es potente volumen bastante alto, con unos graves profundos, por encima de lo que se debería esperar en esta gama de precios.La reducción de ruido es muy buena se activa con una pulsación y puede hacer que más o menos el 80-90% del ruido exterior quede amortiguado.Importante que el ajuste de las almohadillas se haga correctamente , a veces se me mueven un poco y sigo probando distintos tamaños, pero nunca se me han caído.El control táctil es bueno e intuitivo y permite todas las funciones de reproducción del móvil, aunque a veces es demasiado sensible y con rozar el auricular se activa.En diseño y color azul metálico son muy bonitos.En cuanto a la duración de la batería dura perfectamente más de 4 horas seguidas de de uso y con una carga de la caja da para cargar por completo los auriculares varias veces.Los auriculares recargan rápido, eso sí la caja lleva bastante más tiempo para estar llena.Lleva 4 leds blancos que indica el nivel de carga y los auriculares tienen un led cada uno que parpadean según el estado, es discreto y no molesta.Se conectan perfectamente al móvil tablet ,PC, televisión etc.auna vez pareados, se conectan con solo abrir la tapa.Decir que tuve un problema con unos de los auriculares y el servicio técnico lo resolvió impecablemente , volvería a comprar esta marca sin duda, calidad precio de los mejores que he tenido.

Nice bass, clear sound and noise cancelling for that price is hard to beat. Only snag is the tiny membrane covering the sound canal to stop debris and ear wax from entering said canal, those tend to disappear in time; have experienced this on two sets from TOZO.

They are my second pair of ear pods, first was brandless pair similarly priced. So I am not an expert, but I think the sound is pretty good, not too sensitive. The control is also good although one touch can be either noise cancellations or a strat/stop for music play and this can get confusing.Never heard of noise cancellations before so this was my first experience and it does really take the noise out which is good but dangerous in certain situation.Without the noise cancellations there is a noise coming from the headphones, which I am quite surprised with and not experienced before.. It would be interesting to understand if this is normal?The only other downside is the size of them, they are bulky and stick out from ears, might not be a problem for some but I am quite small framed so it is visible.Calls and connection has been flawless so far. No trouble of others hearing me like some people experienced and I was worried about.Overall they would have been perfect if they were smaller and not so bulky.
