Can you contact me please? Item arrived damaged and it’s so heavy I’d like a reduced price other than refund as I’m guessing it’s one of a kind. If not possible I will return but it’s very heavy to take to post office.

We feel misled that this beautiful item is not as described as a small garden bench. The item arrived ahead of time and on opening it is like a toy version being miniature in every respect. We have kept what we believe isa small low coffee table which slots under our other garden bench as the packaging it arrived in was very damaged we cut our losses at half the cost of £139.95 it would be fair. Disappointed to say the least as the idea was perfect for the planned area in a rustic corner of the garden to sit on but it is not suitable as it is for a small child!

Not really a piece of art
The top of the bench doesn’t look natural wood in the shape, it’s literally a perfect rectangle base that doesn’t look handmade.
