Don't buy, defunct company (revised review) no warranty in the end
The media could not be loaded. I bought the Seauto SE last year, it died after 7 months, full electronics failure. The company stopped responding to emails after 2 months into my support request, and rely on excuses like shipping delays. It's been 8 months, and the only product they still have on their site is a Crab. This product was a waste of money, good while it lasted, now it's just ewaste, and I have no pool cleaner. Zero hope of getting a replacement.====== previous review =======I got this to supplement the pump driven sweeper as my existing sweeper wasn't cleaning the water line well anymore, and the algae was getting a lot more noticeable on the walls. I also wanted an option to clean the smaller spa area that the sweeper can't get into. So after 30 days, here's my impression:Pros:- Super strong suction- Cleans the spa area quite well- Cleans the waterline like crazy- Can go beyond vertical in it's climbing- Honey badger like personaCons:- The voice mode is super chatty, obnoxiously so, but without it, it's hard to know what mode it is in - I turn it on, and after I hear the first word, drop it in, it's talking all the way to the bottom- The app on Android is super buggy, it's unusable- Doesn't brush algae off the walls below the waterline, it just makes a beeline from the bottom to the waterline like the walls don't need cleaning- Steps are haphazardly cleaned- When you take it out of the water a lot of fine debris goes right out the back while the water is draining- If you don't turn it off right when you take it out it will remind you every 2 seconds it has a low battery- Sometimes after the battery is depleted it goes back to the place you dropped it in, other times it's in the center of the deep end in the most difficult place to reach- Cleaning it out requires some more effort because of the basket design and the large pieces of plastic that make up the basket- I hate that the charging connection requires detaching a rubber plug and connecting the charger onto pin, I would much prefer a magnetic charger that just snaps on and offOverall: it's worth it. I now run my old sweeper for a much shorter period of time to save on the electric costs of running the booster pump. I hope they fix the app, and make the things it says more brief, or replace some things with tones, like on, off, charging, charged, and low battery those can just be a tone. It can just say "normal", "walls" or "floors" to indicate which mode it is in. I imagine they can also get it to spend more time on the walls with a firmware upgrade as well. Hopefully it lasts many years.

Very good
This is my first pool robot. Pool is 16x32The WORSE thing that I’ve found is that while in wall mode it occasionally hits the skimmer and of course all water is blocked if the pump is going. Turn pump off before to save from the pump running dry.My pool has sloped sides in the deep end at 9 feet deep and slopes up to the shallow end at 3 feet deep so I didn’t know how this would perform. It seems to do best with the sloped sides after it learns the walls in the shallow end first. There has been occasions where it doesn’t “climb” the walls in the deep end. It has to turn “up” so much before the propeller kicks in to hold it against the walls. The battery lasts as stated and vacuums up the tiniest of particles up to big leaves. The self righting feature works as designed. I have stairs in the shallow end and it does climb them. When it comes to the last stair and comes up out of the water it shuts down the vacuum part and after a few seconds it reverses back down the stairs and goes elsewhere. The floor only feature works good and it tracks very well to cover every part of the floor. It does seem to “map” out the pool floor as it doesn’t miss any parts in floor mode only. It does have problems in the deep sloped ends as it senses the slope and understands the slope as the wall and turns around quit often in floor mode. In all cover mode it is random about cleaning and has no set cover mode like floor mode. It does speak to you and let you know which cleaning mode it is in. The app is very helpful but the robot must be near Wi-Fi and Bluetooth must be turned on the phone for the app to operate. The basket is easy to release and clean. Other than it not sensing when it’s stuck in the skimmer this robot is very good. The one piece of advise for the engineers is while cleaning the waters edge in wall/all cover mode have one track be slightly slower than the other so it will sort of creep along the edge instead of bobbing up and down in one spot. I do this manually when I’m near it but this would be another “above the rest ” type feature for advertising. No compensation expected but very good advice for business.I do wish a replacement battery was advertised along with the robot. I haven’t called the number to see about getting a replacement for future use however. All in all I’m very satisfied with this robot and don’t see a reason to buy another competitor’s product as this does everything needed.

Dishonorable company selling defective junk
The media could not be loaded. I agree with some of the other posts about this company. I bought the Seauto SEAL 2. It was great when it worked, but unfortunately, within 1 year it completely failed. I opened a support/warranty ticket as it was still under warranty. I jumped through all the hoops. Uploaded photos of the serial numbers and gave lengthy descriptions of the problem. I went through every one of their troubleshooting steps & uploaded video of the machine powered on in the pool but unable to move much before stopping. They agreed to replace my vacuum but no longer manufacture the one I have. On March 24, 2025, they offered to send me a replacement of the newer model. I sent all of the shipping details and for weeks got excuses on shipping delays and unavailable stock. They finally sent tracking information. What arrived was just a battery. We determined in the troubleshooting the battery was not the issue. Regardless, I replaced the battery to see if it would make any difference. It did not. I informed them of this and asked that they send the other model they had promised to send. They sent pics of the tracking info stating they already sent the unit and cannot send another. I informed them that they sent only a battery and the battery did not solve the problem. They replied again, that they already sent the unit and sent a pic of the shipping manifest again. I told them again, they only sent a battery and I took photos of the box that was sent, the battery inside. I told them they need to honor their word and their warranty or I would be making a very public review. I have had no further contact, so here I am.
