The media could not be loaded. This belt is a great combination of value and quality. It fits my 34” waist comfortably with room to spare. You can also tighten the chain to go quite a bit smaller.A lot of belts are made with cheap material and stitching. The padding and strength of the material is really good for the cost. I use it for belt squats on my pulley tower and I can lift as much as I need. It stays where intended and gives good support to disperse the weight evenly.Good purchase when looking for a value dip/squat belt.

Great for triceps dips, which is all I use it for. I only add 25 pounds so far. The quality and durability seem great for my purpose.
